Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the reservation assistance service provided by the Welcome Inn Reservation Center (WIRC). As these terms and conditions may be changed without notice, please read them each time prior to making a new reservation.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    WIRC assumes no responsibility for settlement of any disputes that may arise between the guest and the Welcome Inn management.

  2. Number of persons for application through WIRC
    WIRC accept reservation requests for parties of up to 10 persons

  3. Reservation Requirements
    a) Deadline for application through WIRC

    By E-mail or Fax: Please submit your completed application form so that it may reaches us by 7 days ahead of your departure date from home.

    By Letter: Please submit your completed application form so that it may reaches us by
    2 weeks ahead of your departure date from home.

    b) Confirmed flight or ship booking is a must. If you book for the arrival date, your international flight or ship to Japan must arrive earlier than 7:00 p.m. Japan time to allow you reasonable time to complete your chick-in. Please write the given booking/reference number or locater on your application form.

  4. Guaranteeing Your Reservation and Payment
    Your passport number and credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation. WIRC shall not bill your credit-card account directly, but may pass the information to the Welcome Inn, which may then bill the event that you fail to follow their cancellation policy. All charges are to be settled directly with the Welcome Inn itself.

  5. Travel Information:
    WIRC is not equipped to provide general travel information. You can obtain information by visiting any Japan National Tourist Organization office, or by visiting their website at http://www.jnto.go.jp.

  6. Policies and Conditions Subject to Change Without Notice
    WIRC reserves the right to make changes, without prior notice, to our policies (including to these terms and conditions) and to the contents of this website.
