Cancellation or Changes

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact WIRC or the Welcome Inn with which you have booked accommodation through our system. Please Click the following button and access your reservation record.

NOTE:If your check-in date is coming quite soon and your host Inns has no Internet Access, please contact them directly by fax. Since we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays and New Year Holidays (Dec. 29-Jan 3), Your request made on these holidays will be processed after reopen business.
