ホームページ ▶ https://www.kameoka.info/seeing/saekitourou.php開催日：毎年8月14日場所：薭田野神社車：京都縦貫自動車道「亀岡IC」より約10分亀岡市観光協会0771-22-0691Date：August 14 every yearPlace：Hiedano ShrineCar：10 min. from Kameoka IC on the Kyoto Jukan ExpresswayKameoka City Tourist Association 0771-22-0691佐伯灯籠で使われる人形は、三人遣いの文楽人形以前の古い形態を今に伝える貴重なものといわれている。The dolls used in Saiki Lantern Festival are said to be precious objects that carry on the old form of the puppets used before the three-man bunraku puppets.重な民俗文化財で、毎年8月14日におこなわれる薭田野神社、御霊（ごりょう）神社、河阿（かわくま）神社、若宮神社の合同の夏祭りで、五穀豊穣を願う祭として始まったとされる。この灯籠行事に用いられる灯籠は、年間の農事を表した風流灯籠5基と、人形浄瑠璃の舞台ともなる台灯籠1基と切子灯籠数10基からなる。中でも、台灯籠と呼ばれる小さな舞台で演じられる人形浄瑠璃は、背丈20cmほどの小型の人形を背中の竹串で巧みに操る一人使いの人形浄瑠璃で、全国でも数少ない形態を伝承している。祭りでは、神輿と太鼓がぶつかりあう「太鼓がけ」や神輿が灯籠を追う「灯籠追い」が行われ、夜遅くまで賑わいをみせる。Enjoy Important Intangible Folk Cultural Assets!Saeki Lanterns are a valuable folk cultural asset that combines the Bon Festival event of decorating lanterns to pray for the repose of ancestors’ souls and the Shinto ritual to pray for a good harvest. It is a joint summer festival held every year on August 14 at the Hiedano Shrine, the Goryo Shrine, the Kawakuma Shrine, and the Wakamiya Shrine, and is said to have started as a festival to pray for a good harvest. The lanterns used in this event consist of five scenic lanterns representing annual agricultural events: one Dai-toro, which also serves as the stage for Ningyo Joruri (puppet theater), and several ten-faceted lanterns. Among them is a small stage called a Dai-toro, which is a one-man puppet show in which a small puppet (about 20-cm tall) is skillfully manipulated with a bamboo stick on its back, a form of Ningyo Joruri rarely seen in Japan.
