ホームページ ▶ https://www.city.kakegawa.shizuoka.jp/kanko/docs/7469.html開催日：毎年4月第1金・土・日曜日（3日間）場所：三熊野神社電車・バス:JR東海道本線(熱海〜浜松) 『袋井駅』下車／バス:秋葉バスで20分「新横須賀」下車掛川市 観光・シティプロモーション係 0537-21-1121Date：The first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of April every year (3 days)Place：Mikumano ShrineTrain/Bus: Take the JR Tokaido Line (Atami–Hamamatsu) and get off at Fukuroi Station / Take the Akiha Bus for 20 minutes and get off at ShinyokosukaKakegawa City Tourism and City Promotion Section 0537-21-1121小太鼓・大太鼓・摺り金・特一本調子の篠笛（しのぶえ）で奏でる「三社祭礼囃子」に合わせ、ひょっとこ・おかめが「手古舞（てこまい）」で、祭りを盛り上げる。Sanja festival music, featuring large and small drums, surigane percussion instruments, and monotonic Shinobue Japanese bamboo flute, is accompanied by festival dances performed by dancers wearing comical male and female masks.十三台の華麗な山車(祢里＝ねり)が遠州地方に春を告げる！ 山車(祢里)の上で奏でられる祭囃子に感嘆掛川市横須賀地区に春の訪れを告げる「三熊野神社大祭」は江戸の天下祭の様式を享保の頃導入し、現在に江戸の祭文化を伝承継承する祭である。特に祢里（ねり、山車）の上で囃す囃子は三社祭礼囃子といわれ、江戸の葛西囃子を習い覚え、祢里を曳くために横須賀独特の名調子に作り出したものである。三社祭礼囃子は記録では天保4年から「但し囃子付」との記述がある。試楽の朝、神社では「手古舞」といわれるひょとこ、おかめ、般若の面を付けた地元の小中学生が笛と太鼓の演奏に合わせて舞い踊る「三社祭礼囃子」が奉納される。武者人形等の出しで飾られた高さ6メートル程の地元では祢里とよばれる1本柱万度型江戸型山車が13台街道に曳きだされ、威勢の良い掛声とともに、三社祭礼囃子の名調子により江戸天下祭絵巻を繰り広げる。静岡県立横須賀高等学校郷土芸能部は、平成8年の創部以来「三社祭礼囃子」を、地域のイベント等あらゆる機会にて披露するとともに、後世へ伝えようと活動し、令和2年度地域伝統芸能奨励賞を受賞した。Thirteen magnificent floats signal the arrival of spring in the Enshu region! Enjoy the festival music played on the floats!The Mikumano Shrine Grand Festival signals the arrival of spring in the Yokosuka area of Kakegawa City. It was inspired by the Edo Tenka Festival around the time of the Kyoho era (July 1716- April 1736) and brings the festival culture of the Edo period (1603-1867) to the present. The particular type of music played on top of the floats is called Sanja festival music, which is based on Edo Kasai music and given a unique Yokosuka flavor. It is described in the records as “having musical accompaniment” since the 4th year of Tempo (December 1830 - December 1844). On the morning of the rehearsal, the shrine performs a Sanja festival music dance as an offering. The dance, known as Tekomai, is performed by local elementary and junior high school students wearing comical male masks, female masks and demon masks, to the accompaniment of flutes and drums. Thirteen six-meter-high, single-pillared, Edo style floats locally called neri are decorated with samurai dolls and other decorations.
