Two portable shrines, a procession of warriors offering sacred treasures, and a parade of warriors with six famous warrior doll floats stir up the atmosphere of the port town, and the streets are filled with street vendors lining both sides of the narrow streets and the waves of people. The six floats are offered in front of Mikuni Shrine at noon on the 20th, and at 1:00 p.m. the floats, portable shrines, and procession move from the front of the shrine into the city. The roofs of the street vendors are raised and the floats proceed to the accompaniment of flutes, shamisen, and drums. The parade of portable shrines, floats, and warriors, carving out a history of 300 years, continues until around 9:00 p.m. amid loud shouts from the helmsman.
