Please check for details.By Train: 1-minute walk from JR Chuo Line “Enzan Station” North ExitKoshu City Board of Education, Lifelong Learning Division, Cultural Properties Section 0553-32-5076小正月の伝統芸能が復活！Restoring a traditional performing art of Little New Year!「一之瀬高橋の春駒」である。標高1,000mを超える山間地にある山梨県甲州市塩山一之瀬高橋に伝わる小正月の伝統芸能で、笛・太鼓・鉦によるお囃子と、唄に合わせたウマオドリで構成される。ウマオドリは、張り子でつくった馬の頭と尻を体の前後に付けて騎乗姿を表したウマと、馬方役の露払いがペアになって踊る。別当（当番幹事）の家から始まり道祖神場や各戸を巡ってウマオドリが行われ、結婚・出産・新築があった家には水祝儀や弁慶という特別なお祝いが仕立てられていた。集落の過疎化や高齢化により衰退し、地元小学校・中学校で児童・生徒への伝承活動が行われたが、平成元年を最後に途絶した。その後、一之瀬高橋出身者やその子らの強い思いから平成20年に保存会を再編し、場所を市街地に移して復活を遂げた。Horses dancing to the sound of music! The traditional performing art of the Lunar New Year that was revived in 2008.Yamanashi Prefecture is a popular place for the Dosojin Festival held on the Little New Year, and among the festivals, the Ichinose Takahashi no Harukoma is known for its Harukoma dance. It is a traditional performing art of the Little New Year in Ichinose-Takahashi, Enzan, Koshu City, in Yamanashi Prefecture, located in the mountains at an elevation of over 1,000 m. The performance consists of a musical accompaniment of flutes, drums, and gongs, and Umaodori dancing. Umaodori is a dance in which the head and buttocks of a horse made of papier-mâché are attached to the front and back of the rider's body, representing a mounted figure dancing in pair with an actor playing the role of a horseman. Starting at the house of the person in charge, Umaodori is performed around Dosojin Shrine as well as each household, and special celebrations such as Mizushugi and Benkei are prepared for homes where there has been a wedding, a birth, or a new construction. It fell into decline due to depopulation and aging, and while activities to pass on the tradition to children and students at local elementary and junior high schools were carried out, these ceased after 1989.
